To Apply by E-mail...

To become a delegate in this year's event,
you need to follow these 4 easy steps:

STEP 1:
Address a new e-mail to MissRhodeIslandUSA@msn.com

STEP 2:
In the SUBJECT LINE - type in "Entry Code SW"

STEP 3:
Attach a current photo of yourself to the e-mail.

Be sure to attach the photo file in JPEG format to the e-mail.
This does not need to be a professional photo & can be any photo of your choice.
(School picture, prom photo, casual photo, etc...)
Please limit the size of the photograph to 5" x 7" and smaller.

STEP 4:
In the body of the e-mail, include all of the following information, and hit SEND!

Your Full Name
Current Mailing Address (street address, city, state, zip)
Phone number(s) with area code
Current Age
Date of Birth
E-mail Address

We will be unable to process entries that do not include all of the required information.

Once we have received your information and photo,
you will be notified by telephone if chosen.
